We had a bit of a travel snafu before arriving, but the staff's very nice help saved the day! Seriously above and beyond. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was decent, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

My family stayed in a Studio Twin in the newer building. It was large and clean, though there were a few fans running constantly which was a little odd. It had everything we needed: fridge, desk, table, wardrobe, and a couple of chairs.

Semut went above and beyond to help us find alternative accommodation during a difficult time. He even communicated with our driver to ensure a safe arrival. The other staff were polite and helpful, given their English was somewhat limited.
